Deliveries are between 7.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday within the central London area. Deliveries to areas outside the central areas and later in the day are usually possible by arrangement.
We will always endeavour to deliver prior to the requested time, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that you request delivery 30 minutes before the food is needed. If we are running late due to traffic problems, we will always call you to let you know.
Please note:
Your food order should be eaten within three hours once delivered to you. However, if you are able to keep the food chilled until needed, then we recommend the food is eaten within six hours.
We would appreciate 24 hours' notice for sandwich platters and finger buffets, and 48 hours’ notice for fork buffets and hot food deliveries. However, we will try to accept orders for sandwich platters and possibly finger buffets up to 10am on the day of delivery.
Cash orders must be paid in full upon delivery.
If paying by credit card, payment must be made by telephone prior to delivery.
Customers are asked not to keep our delivery people waiting.
If any part of an order is found to be missing (or is rejected) on delivery, the customer must inform pumblechookscafe immediately by calling or texting 07767 797575 or calling 020 7709 9191 or via our website contact page.
Delivery cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your order, please do so via the contact page or by e-mail before 5pm on the day before delivery. If cancelled after 5pm, the order will be charged in full.
Important:
If you do not receive an email/fax confirming receipt of your cancellation it will be deemed as not transmitted by you, and we will not take responsibility for failure to cancel your order.
We regret we are unable to accept same day cancellations.
