We recommend that you register with us, or log in if you’ve already registered, before you start adding to the shopping cart. However, this can be done at the end, at the checkout point.
Select the menu or menu items you wish to order.
Proceed to checkout – all your details will auto fill.
Choose your delivery date and time.
Select payment method. Account customers will have an option to add to your account once the account is set up. If you are an account customer, and don’t yet have the option to add to your account, please let us know via the contact page. Meanwhile, you can select the ‘pay on delivery’ option and you will be invoiced as usual.
Facsimile & Email:
We prefer our customers to order online as it is the surest way of us receiving your order quickly with all necessary details. We also receive an automatic fax backup of the order, which helps guarantee that we don’t lose the order in the event of a computer failure.
We will accept orders by normal email or by facsimile, but customers are reminded to include full details, including time and date of required delivery, and a direct contact telephone number, and email address.

Please note that all orders will need to be confirmed by email or fax before dispatch.
Important:
You will be sent confirmation of your order to the e-mail address you have provided. If you do not receive our automatic confirmation email shortly after placing your order, then it is probable that we haven’t received it. If this should be the case, we suggest that you try again, and / or send an email via the contact page with full details of your order, and we will reply at the first chance we get. Either way, if you haven’t received an emailed reply from us, then we do not have your order!
The responsibility is with you the customer to ensure that we have received your order.
